協賛と協力のお願い

本事業の運営主体である株式会社キネマシトラスは、2024年11月にGAC候補生11名と非公開の聴講生１名の
計12名を選出しました。このうち６名分については補助金（注）を活用して支援を行いますが、当初計画より
事業を拡大したため、聴講生１名を含めた残りの６名分については、現状、支援のための予算が確保できており
ません。このため、新たに協賛金を集めて事業を展開することに致しました。

付きましては、金額に応じて4つのプランをご用意致しましたのでご検討いただけると幸いです。
皆様からの温かいご支援をお待ちしております。

プラン概要

• 1万円『桜』、3万円『梅』、5万円『竹』、10万『松』、100万以上『富士』のプランがあります（いずれも消費税込みの金額。日本国外の在住者や事業者は免税）
• 決済はSquareにて行います。
• 法人・個人・国籍を問いません。
• 各プランを通じた共通のリワード
  ・GAC候補生が企画開発するすべてのパイロットフィルムに、個人名または法人名を掲載させていただきます。
  ・記載されるパイロットフィルムは４作品以上を予定していますが現時点では未定です。
  ・プランにより掲載サイズが異なります。
  ・お一人何口でも可能です。ただし、最も大きい金額のプランに応じたサイズでの個人名、または法人名の１回限りの記載になります。
  ・入金後は返金不可となります。
  ・掲載する個人名、法人名が非常に多くなった場合には、掲載先はすべてのパイロットフィルムではなくいずれか１つの作品になる場合もございます。
  ・パイロットフィルムの完成・公開時期は2026年７月頃からを予定しておりますが、制作状況により前後する場合がございます。
• 100万以上のプランにおける、企業法人の方へのリワード
  ・WEBサイトにロゴを掲載いたします。
  ・運営サイドとのミーティングをセッティングさせていただきますので、Google Formまでご連絡ください。
  
• 個人名または法人名の掲載を協賛金の対価として提供するため、税務上の「宣伝費」として費用計上が可能です。
• 事業終了後に残金が発生した場合には、本事業の後継事業・団体に引き継ぐことを検討しております（後継事業がない場合には類似する事業への譲渡）
• 協賛金の使い道は最終報告書で公表させていただきます。

Sponsorship Overview

• We offer sponsorship tiers at ¥10,000 "Cherry Blossoms (桜)", ¥30,000 "Plum (梅)", ¥50,000 "Bamboo (竹)", ¥100,000 "Pine (松)", and ¥1,000,000 and above "Fuji (富士)". (10% Japanese consumption tax included for Japanese residents or Japan-based companies.)
• Payments can be made via Square.
• Sponsorship is open to individuals and organizations of any nationality.
• The Square website for the GAC fundraising initiative is only available in Japanese. If you do not read Japanese, please use your web browser's translation function for easier navigation.

Common Rewards for All Tiers

• As a token of appreciation, your name or your organization's name will appear in the credits of all pilot films (concept trailers) developed by the GAC participants.
• We expect to develop 4 or more pilot films (concept trailers). However, the final number is still to be confirmed.
• Credit size will vary depending on the sponsorship tier.
• You may sponsor multiple times. However, your name will appear once, and the display size will reflect your highest contribution tier.
• Please note that all contributions are non-refundable once processed.
• Depending on the number of names, they may be listed in only one of the pilot films instead of all of them.
• The pilot films (concept trailers) are scheduled to be completed and released around July 2026, but the timing may change depending on the production status.

Additional Rewards for Organizations Contributing ¥1,000,000 or More

• Your organization's logo will be featured on our official GAC website.
• We will arrange a meeting with our management team to discuss collaboration or further involvement.
• Please contact us via Google Form.

Tax & Legal Notes

• As your name or logo will be published as part of our sponsorship recognition, your contribution may be treated as a business advertising expense when filing for taxes (in Japan).
• Should any unused funds remain after the GAC project concludes, they may be transferred to a successor program or organization, or to a similar initiative under the Japan Creator Support Fund, in the absence of a successor.
• A full financial report detailing the use of sponsorship funds will be published after the program concludes. (Note: this report will be in Japanese.)
